Success wasn’t always straightforward for me. Like many leaders, I faced significant challenges along the way—including a personal struggle with alcohol that tested my resilience and clarity.
Four years ago, I made the life-changing decision to stop drinking. Using a framework I developed, I realigned my life with my core values: family, health, and growth. That choice became the foundation of my personal and professional transformation.
Today, I am proud to share my journey through keynotes, coaching, and my podcast, Beneath the Resume , empowering leaders to lead authentically while maintaining balance and fulfillment.
